What is the estimated delivery time of the Bamboo Splitter ?
Your orders are shipped within 48 hours after your payment by DHL or UPS. You will receive the tracking number by mail. The delivery time depends on your location:

I received a damaged item. What can I do about it ?
Send us a photo of the damaged item within 48 hours after delivery to the email address: mathieu@bamboo-splitter.com and we will asses the damage.
